Our History
P.J. Mercer & Associates LLC, founded in 2012, provides client-focused Outpatient Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Addictions Services through assessments, evaluations, therapy, consultations and training to individuals, groups, families, as well as to various federal, state, private and local agencies in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area. P.J. Mercer & Associates is a certified minority and woman-owned firm.
